Who these terms are between
Boldtive and the organisation using this website, the client portal or the API.
Use of this website
What the site may be used for, and what is not permitted.
Access to the API and portal
Access is granted to named organisations. Credentials must not be shared, and an organisation is responsible for activity under keys issued to it.
Acceptable use
Rate limits, prohibited uses, and the circumstances in which access may be suspended.
Data licensing
What a client may do with delivered data, including whether it may be redistributed, and who owns data produced under a commissioned study.
Accuracy and limitations
Field data describes what was observed at a point in time by a person, verified by another person. It is not a guarantee about the present state of the world, and records carry expiry dates for that reason.
Fees and payment
How engagements are priced, invoiced and paid.
Confidentiality
Treatment of information exchanged during an engagement.
Liability
Limits of liability, and what they do not cover.
Termination
How either side ends an engagement, and what happens to data and access afterwards.
Governing law
The law that applies and where disputes are heard.
